- Corn in their husks
- 4 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp of sour cream
- Freshly chopped coriander
- Freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 lime, juiced
- Red chili powder, to taste
- Put the corn on the BBQ turning until the husks are charred.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, coriander, pepper, and lime juice.
- Remove corn from the husks and slather with mix.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the corn and heavily season with parmesan.
- Sprinkle with chili powder.
